Give the Gift of MassMu
Author your Legacy this holiday season with MassMu!
Directing a gift to the Massillon Museum helps us collect, preserve, and exhibit art and artifacts to enrich our community through education and experience for generations to come! There are many ways to support your Massillon Museum. Read more about them below.
Capital Campaign MMx2
This effort will increase our capacity to serve the community by 33%, not only in the form of additional space, but in educational programming, art and history exhibitions, musical performances, and opportunities for creativity. Click here to learn more about MMx2!
Membership Campaign
Membership provides vital operating funds that preserve the Museum’s collection, create educational programming, and develop quality exhibitions. Through membership, you are making an investment in your community and heritage. Click here to learn more or sign up online.
Adopt-a-Drawer and Adopt-a-Box for the Permanent Collection
Generous contributions have enabled us to maintain and preserve our collections and archives through the purchase of items such as garment boxes, book shelves, and tissue paper. Your donation can go to house a specific collection, item, or shelf within the state-of-the-art collections storage room. To read more about the award-winning storage space, please click here, or you can email Archivist Mandy Altimus Pond about your sponsorship!
Margy Vogt Photography Endowment
Former MassMu Registrar Margy Vogt has always been passionate about photography. Her endowment helps to support the acquisition of historic photographs and the care of our permanent photography collection. To see a portion of our photography collection online, visit our virtual exhibits.
Sponsor a Brown Bag Lunch Program
We take pride in paying our speakers who present at our Brown Bag Lunch on the 4th Tuesday of every month. Your donation can help to offset the cost of the program. We will announce your name at the program, in a press release, and on our website.

Planned Giving
Velma B. Erwin made a lasting contribution to the Massillon Museum which was used to create a state-of-the-art research room and archives library bearing her name. Museum staff, interns, volunteers, and researchers make frequent use of this resource to advance the mission of the Museum as an educational facility.
The Velma B. Erwin Research Room is dedicated to her lasting legacy. Contact us for more information about making a contribution or our Planned Giving program.
