Ravenswood: The Discovery of a Photographic Legacy
February 17-April 14, 2002
Photographic works of Henry Clay Fleming, a local resident of Ravenswood, West Virginia in the early 1900s. The exhibit will feature approximately 75 photos from the Museum's collection of Fleming glass plate negatives.

Celebration in Art
April 28-May 19, 2002
Annual exhibition featuring artwork created by students in grades K-12 from Massillon City and surrounding area schools.

Together Once Again
June 3 - July 21, 2002
An exhibition of work by the Women's Art League of Akron and the Akron Society of Artists. The exhibit will feature works on paper (watercolor, pastel), oils, acrylics, collage and mixed media. The exhibition at the Museum will be the second time the two groups have shown together.

The Garment District
August 4 - September 15, 2002
An exhibition of Victorian clothing from the permanent collection that highlights the prosperous era in Massillon history. Many of the costumes were purchased while on travels in Europe by the wealthy families from the city.

The Art of David Hostetler
September 28 - December 1, 2002
An exhibit of the wood and bronze sculptures and prints created by an internationally known artist who is a Stark County native.

Stark County Artists Juried Exhibition
December 14, 2002 - January 19, 2003
Annual juried exhibition featuring the best artwork from present and former Stark County residents and artists currently working in Stark County. Each artist may submit three pieces of work completed in the past two years, and all media is accepted.
