Stark County Artists Juried Exhibition
November 19, 2000-February 4, 2001
Annual juried exhibition featuring the best artwork from present and former Stark County residents and artists currently working in Stark County. Each artist may submit three pieces of work completed in the past two years, and all media is accepted.
[Community] A Framework in Ruins
February 24 - March 25, 2001
An exhibition of photography and on-site installation by Cleveland Architectural Interns. The photography portion of the exhibit documents urban spaces often taken for granted by local communities, while the on-site installation is a work in progress created at the Museum to complement the photographs. The installation questions whether society views architecture as an important element that helps hold a community together.

Annual exhibition featuring artwork created by students in grades K-12 from Massillon City and surrounding area schools.

Sacred Turf: The History of Massillon Football
September 29-November 25, 2001
Exhibition highlighting the different eras of Massillon Tiger football and chronicling the early beginnings of the football tradition in Massillon. Rare photographs, equipment and uniforms as well as video and audio recordings from past games will be on view. The Museum worked with representatives of the Booster Club, Massillon City Schools, the Massillon Tiger Swing Band, the Pro Football Hall of Fame and ardent collectors to assemble materials for the exhibition.
